Yoga: To Unite

Yoga has been practiced for over 5000 years, with its root in the ancient Vedic culture of India.  While yoga has many facets and different styles, the primary goal of yoga is to discover and liberate the self.  In Ashtanga yoga, or the eight-limbed yoga, this process is undertaken by purifying the mind, body and spirt and then evenly yoking together these three qualities of being until one abides in their own nature, blissful, without distraction.
